Cancelling the subscription

When you start to a Kuula PRO and Business subscription, it is automatically renewed at the end of every period, which is a month or year, depending on which one you choose.

This article will show you how to pause or stop your subscription.

Before you decide to cancel please read the article about downgrading your account. It outlines all the features and functions that will change or become unavailable once the account is downgraded.

If you purchased a subscription with Paypal, there is no need to cancel it. It will not automatically renew. You will get an email reminding you to renew the subscription when the time comes and you can decide then.

Cancelling the subscription

In order to cancel an active subscription, navigate to your Account Settings page and hit the Manage Subscription link, as shown below.

This will open an new page where you can access all your biling settings, including canceling the current subscription:

When the subscription is cancelled, the account will be downgraded to the free plan at the end of the period if the subscription is not past due.

Cancelling a past due subscription

If your subscription is past due because of a failed renewal payment, cancelling it will have immediate effect. The failed charge will be voided and your account will be downgraded to the free plan right away.

Confirmation email

After cancellation, please make sure to check your inbox for an email confirming the cancellation. It should arrive a few minutes after you hit the cancel button. If you do not receive it, please get in touch.

Restoring the subscription

If you change your mind at any time before the end of the period, you can restore the subscription by clicking on the Manage Subscription link, as shown above.

If you do not restore it, the account will be downgraded to the free plan at period end.

Refund policy

You can cancel a subscription at any time, however this does not trigger an automatic refund. If you would like to get a refund, please contact us within 7 days form the date of the payment.
